I found dehydrating too time consuming but ok now and then.
I find apple juice keeps you regular :)
It is in some of the liver cleansing recipes I've read also.

Lately, I have been having orange juice,then about 1 hour later have oats which have been soaked overnight,cooked with maple syrup and soy milk.
