I sliced and froze half the banana bread, I defrosted a slice yesterday and have to admit it was even nicer than it was fresh!

It was really good, but could have done with more spices. Most of the recipes are really low fat (banana bread is fat free), next time I might try adding cocoa powder. There is also a recipe to make...

Bought this over the weekend and I am currently waiting for the Banana Bread to bake. Anyone else got this?/Made anything good from it?
