Sorry if this has been mentioned, I haven't read the whole thread, Sainsbury's version of Kellogg's raisin wheats are vegan and they also come in apricot and (I think) raspberry & blueberry flavours....

No Gorilla I haven't, I read about them today on another vegan forum. I shall be visiting every co-op in the south of England in an effort to find them if I have to!:D

Does anyone know of where I could get vegan plain chocolate digestive biscuits? All the ones I've found contain milk powder or butterfat. I'm sure most supermarket own brands were suitable for vegans...

You probably know this Hemlock but not drinking tea with meals helps as tannin interferes with iron absorbtion. Using iron cooking pots helps with iron intake as well. I hope all goes well for you.
