    No I use smoked paprika, onion granules, soya sauce, liquid smoke, dijon mustard, water & dehydrated soya mince.
    I mix it all together and microwave until the mince is dried out and "bacony"

    I have the book and made the melt a few weeks ago!:-) - its my favourite "tuna" style recipe and the yard stick by which I judge other similar recipes.

    The lemon ones are great - they are all rebranded Sojade (formerly Sojasun) they are my favourite yoghurts but difficult to get hold of where I live so I'm very glad Tesco sells them now.
