    I don't think it's true at all.

    Too bad, actually. :-) Why? Because if only 15-20 years without animal products would mean that someone wouldn't be able to eat meat, this would almost prove that...

    The B12 in faeces is known to almost exclusively consist of 'inactive analogues'. Inactive analogues, or rather - a mix of inactive B12 analogues and active B12 can be found it lots of places....

    Most people should probably eat more lettuce and other leafy green stuff, I was thinking of the idea of only eating lettuce and cucumbers every day... :-) That would have been way too boring for me.
