    Re: Special Deals (UK)

In my Sainsburys local they're doing buy one get one free on innocent veg pots (bargain!). Not sure if the larger stores are doing it.

In Tesco's they're doing the boxed Jamaican spiced bun for £2 (it's usually £2.99, I think). It's in the world foods section.

    Re: Can invertebrates suffer?

Me too! Finding congealed greenfly in the birdbath and unsticking their legs with tiny shards of grass. My boyfriend does this too. People think we're potty :D

My gut feeling is they do suffer....

Re: How do you save water?

I do quite a lot of cooking so try to be creative by reusing utensils so I don't have to wash up as much at the end. If I'm following a recipe, I might even mod it just because of the washing up...

  14. Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix.... vegan???

There's a Betty Crocker brownie mix in Tesco (the 'add egg/oil/water' one, not the egg one where you add water), and I'm not sure, but it might be vegan?

The ingredients are this: sugar, wheat...

Re: Any vegans restaurants near Staines?

Have you been to Sagar's in Twickenham? If you get on the 'slow' train to London via Hounslow at Staines, it should stop at Twickenham.

It's 100% veggie, with lots of vegan stuff.

    Confused about spirulina?

I've been taking a shot of spirulina each day (1 teaspoon in a little water).

I keep reading that B12 analogues do more harm than good, so should I go easier on it, or even omit it altogether?
