Robinwomb I used them from the tin :X But im sure you can use tomatoes and just smush them up! i also put tomato puree and chopped fresh tomatoes in :)

My Aldi is pretty damn small so we have zilch! BUT i did notice Soy milk in today! but didnt have chance to look whats in it! Next time! :(

Although I find where i live lacking in vegan foods, My H&B has a rather large stock of vegan stuffs... Sausages, Them Plastic looking bacon rashons , Cheeses LOTS thats the one thing i cannot fault...

I think Huddersfield has to be the worst.... The big shopping places have a few things in but not much.... and only 2 specialised places in my town ( both more health shops than specialised vegan...

Hi there! i have used the Lush one for a good month or two now! I love it, smells very herby ha BUT i do find if your out all day you do need to add it a few times a day :/
As for tooth paste I use...
