I try to base every meal on something rich of protein.
like tofu or beans.
A lot of my meals are sallads. (but thats only because i like it)
for breakfast i like to make smoothies with soyamilk...

I lost like 4 kilos just by changing the diet to low carb.

This Restaurant is taking part of the Norwegian versioin of "hells kitchen" or something like that on TV. They are gonna fix the whole place.
