A bit of realism is good, though. I know it bothers me when people tote veganism or raw food or pretty much anything as being the cure-all wonder diet.
S'okay. I'll try to think of a way to diet around that. My schedule is wonky too so I had to modify other's plans for myself as well. :)

Before you go to bed - make yourself a breakfast that can be either eaten cold or heated up. This is your breakfast. Jump starts metabolism and keeps you from feeling run...
Why not make yourself eat structured meals then? Allot yourself 3 meals a day with 2-3 snacks. Set calorie limits for each.
