    Yes, it's always had dairy in it. There are some good online recipes for a similar drink that use canned pumpkin.

    As I found out after being in a body cast and lying down for 6 weeks, your spine can 'plump up' temporarily, the discs decompress a bit.

    The Trader Joe's soy creamer is very good as well, and cheaper than the Silk, if you have a TJs near you.

    I have a Vitamix, food processor, stick blender, coffee and spice grinder (one for each), electric kettle (good buy!), toaster oven.

    I like to grind up a big batch and stick it in the freezer. That way it doesn't lose any nutritional value and it's all ready when I need it.

    Ended up with three loaves of yummy raisin bread. One was gone pretty much the first day. Kids love raisin bread. :D
