    This looks really interesting, I might get the book soon. My mom bought some rennet recently as she makes ricotta (with cow's milk unfortunately) but the rennet she uses is vegan and she wants to try...

    :eek: Nobody has mentioned polenta! It's sooo good, especially when I'm feeling rubbish. I usually have it with red pasta sauce, drizzlings of olive oil or butter and some sort of melting cheese...

    I love Fry's "chicken burgers". They're new apparently so they're not in shops yet, I bought mine from the west midlands vegan festival.
    I also reeeallly love Booja Booja Hazelnut truffles. Yummmm.
