Thanks blueberries and kanga also. I love it must experiment a bit....:D
I am really happy with it. It will certainly work out less expensive too. I only bought the bodum because I like the design of it and I am positive the less expensive ones are just as good. Any other...
Well I eventually found a nice Bodum bistro coffee grinder that wasn't too bad a price. It is great, and takes just a few seconds to grind enough to last me a few days. :)
Great! It is not too expensive either :)
Thanks!
I have a bottle of rice bran oil for cooking with. Does anyone know if it is any good for me? Or will it be the death of me?
Yeah I went into argos at lunchtime. They had three different ones in the catalogue so I will pick one up at the weekend. :)
Thanks all. I will have a look in argos next time I pass.
Steve
Thanks. I was thinking of buying a coffee grinder but there are two types, a burr grinder or one with blades. Do they make a mess when they are ground? I have bought the packet stuff in the past but...
I need to gring flax seeds for my porridge in the mornings. I have heard coffee grinders can be used but does anyone use anything else or have any advice?

Wish I had known about that place when I was there last year, the week before the races. Thanks for the info.
Does anyone know if this range will be going into all stores, or just few big ones? :)
Thanks for the info Sandra. My nearest ASDA is Coleraine so I will check out if they have it there next time I pass it. (it is about 30 mins away..)

Steve

Steve
Hi! and many thanks for your reply. sorry if I sounded a little sarcastic, I never meant to be.
I love Ireland (north and south) and the people especially that I have met make it a very special...
So, this year I will finally be moving to the emerald isle to be with my long term partner. Despite her and her daughter being omni (hmmm..) I have been looking forward to being with them for years....
The problem I have with ASDA is that there seem to be aisle after aisle of junk food. Row upon row of crisps, biscuits, fizzy pop and other rubbish. Plus, they seem to devote massive amounts of space...
Exactly my thought too. To me it tasted far too sweet, like it had a load of sugar in it for some reason. also the texture seemed wrong somehow - I will not be buying it again suffice to say. :(
Hi Est. I had never had it before today, but I have a MASSIVE mug full next to me now!
Steve :D
I ran out of my usual green tea today (gave up coffee a couple of months ago after many years being a very heavy coffee drinker) and I went to the local shop but they had sold out! oh no! what am I...

Really? I never realised that!! I wonder if that has anything to do with not being able to find it in the shops for months?
I have checked the website and there is no info there that I can find,...

I am O rh Negative, and for this reason I get letters in the post regularly to remind me to give blood (39 times and counting..).

Hi Yoggy, and thanks for the advice!.
I have been looking at a couple, and this one HERE looks really good and simple, and is manual too though this of course means it will be a little slower.

Hi.
Not sure if this is the right place to ask (mods please move if not) but does anyone here use a juicer?
I would mostly be using one for vegetables and maybe the odd citrus fruit. I have been...

Made myself a lovely simple stir fry for dinner tonight. I love being able to cook what I want when I like, and then putting a couple of logs on the fire and some great music on the stereo......
