I would suggest fruit and nuts/seeds - they don't need cooking or refrigeration. How come you're living in your car? I'm impressed you've worked out where to get shower, work out, internet access...

I can vouch that it doesn't help weight loss. I am heavier than i've been for years at the moment as I seem to love food so much now. Am always trying new recipes and discovering new weird and...
I have the same problem some weeks so I rely on Google: i type "recipe + veg + veg etc" and it brings up loads of ideas to use up all the veg.
Or invest in a good recipe book.

I am never without fresh mushrooms, onions and tomatos and also brown/wild rice. other things I vary.

well 4 or 5 cups of tea a day made with alpro soya milk (which is fortified with B12) is a day's B12 RDA. so i always have too much B12.
will the NHS do a blood test for vitamin/mineral deficiencies for free then? I'd love to have one done.
