Oh man I went to an Indian restaurant today for the first time and over half the buffet was vegan and I pigged out. It was so good :)

I made another pie today and it was great. This time it was without tofu. I need to stop doing this or I will blimp up before the major holidays even start lol.

I made the meetballs with some stuff called meat free gimme lean (just smooched veggie stuff basically). I just rolled them and cooked them in olive oil and onions.

Okay I made some pasta, meetballs, fresh spinach and mushroom with marinara sauce.
