    Sometimes it helps the meat-eaters around you except that you are 'ok'. When they ask if you are getting all the B12, iron etc, that you need you can reply, 'well my last blood test was fine.'

    last year two of my housemates, one meat-eating and the other semi-vegetarian both had B12 problems, as did my vegan friend. I had a blood test and was fine.
