Would make sense :). I know there is probably another thread around for this but have you tried the Vegg? I can get it in the vegan shop here but it is nearly €10 for the sachet, is it worth it?

I know that this is an old thread but I noticed that that the ingredients for the recipe in that link are pretty much the same as the Vegg (the commercially-produced vegan egg yolk powder).
