    So far today ...

    Breakfast: 1/4 cup of almonds and 1/2 liter of water
    Lunch: 2 avocado rolls, 2 pieces of king mushroom sushi, and a big bowl of edamame. All washed down with an iced tea.

    I tend to eat little meals every 2 - 3 hours ... I find that this works much better than three big meals in keeping my blood sugar level. This is my plan for today.
