We don't have a sainsbury's... But, if the 'cross' isn't imprtant (which it's not in our house), co-op's teacakes are vegan!

One type of Aldi's 'warm angry rabbits' (as they're called in my house) look fine! Have put some in the freezer for a weekend breakfast treat for the kids.
  5. Re: How could I encourage my toddler to eat more vegan foods?

    Re: No cook/microwaveable vegan meals??

Off the top of my head, if you can afford to bulk buy before you go, you should be able to stock up on a variety of nuts, nut butters, various canned beans and lentils, I think you may be able to get...

  11. Re: Non-soya based quick kids meals - to share with omni friends? (UK)

F'icken (Fake-chicken) nuggets with chips and salad (and ketchup and f'ayonnaise) went down exceedingly well (I wasn't keen personally, they were too 'meaty'!) - But they are a bit expensive, so...

Canned beans, crackers and cereals (can you get fruit juice or coconut milk or anything to go on it?) will help with carbs, which may be the problem, as fruits veg and nuts should give you a...
