    Seaweed. Kombu.

    I soaked it, chopped it up and added to some green lentils and marigold.

    It was foul :-(

    I thought it would be crispy and easy to sprinkle on food !!!

    I find it fairly easy if I'm organised with foods but struggle when family meals are a last minute affair and I've nothing much in the freezer - I have a real problem remember to soak beans overnight...
