So I went to the GP yesterday. She said it was probably IBS and it would go away on its own and to take a multivitamin (in response to my concern about protein??) lol. I'm not convinced...
A dietician referal is a good idea. Probably wouldn't have thought to ask about that. And yeah elimination diet... I'm pretty much convinced of avoiding everything that I think could set it off for...
