After a month and a half,
-stronger nails
-clearer skin
-I find I'm less inclined to snack between meals and eating healthier food
This morning, I had onion bhajees with sweet chili sauce for breakfast :o. It was very nice indeed.

-peanut butter/most nuts
-tofutti cream cheese
-fried tofu

-porridge (oatmeal?)

A vegan cafe is my dream job right now! Sheer bliss. I want to "get fit" this summer.
Toast with peanut butter, raisins or ice cream.
Porridge with rice milk -I eat it about five or six mornings a week! Sometimes with raisins, ground almonds or a little brown sugar.
