Exactly, it makes me cross to think that food which is a lot less processed, therefore requiring less labour, is more expensive than the highly processed nasty whiter bread and the likes. not so long...
i know one could eat really cheaply by relying mainly on things such as grains, legumes, pulses as a base, and then just adding some fruit and veg. my problem is that if i don't consume HUGE amounts...

i like soya fruit yoghurts, but i was never keen on those, just liked the plain yoghurt...adn unfortunately the soya version tastes very different (at least the ones i've tried)
i dunno? it seems to be animated right now..
i don't know anything about dehydrating food, but on the blog link that i sent you, fiamma, the blog writer talks about her own experiments with dehydrating food (amongst many other experiments)

these sites (don't know how reliable they are) seem to back up my lack-of-sleep-theory:
http://www.naturalconstipationcure.com/causes-of-constipation.html...
i know it can be candida related, or stress related, could it be either of those?
also, this is in the same line as the stress topic...my newest theory is that not getting enough sleep may have a...
Did you try making it? Any results worth mentioning????

i think onions that are cooked very thouroughly don't linger on the breath so much either. it seems to be raw/semi-raw onions that are the worst.
i don't know much about making pickles, but i hear...
does anyone have a recipe/link to site of really good instructions to making pickles? i'm specifically interested in onions and aubergines..
