    Roll out puff pastry, cover with a thin layer of tomato puree, top with tomatoes, beetroot, roasted red pepper. Season and bake for 20 mins at 220c.

    I don't know what it is either.

    Just have it black. Not being able to find a good alternative isn't a good reason to continue using a dairy creamer.

    I used bought falafels. When you're making your own make sure the oil is very hot before you put them in, that way it seals the outside before they have a chance to fall apart.

    A quick search led me to a person caled Hulda Clark, a naturopath with a strange obsession about parasites. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

    Kids do tend to get quite a lot of illnesses in general don't they? Just from going to school and being quite tactual etc.

    Wetherspoons is awful for vegan food now. Unless you go on a Thursday your only options are chips or salad without dressing. Booo :(

    If you are eating enough calories and still losing weight then you need to see a doctor.
