    Well, iv'e tried all types of b12 from smaller doses (10mcg) to the larger (1000mcg) both cynacobalamin and the methyl form.
    with the larger doses if i havent taken any...

    I have tried various different b12 tablets,1000ug,500ug and have felt negative side effects,
    i am now taking a 25ug tablet broke into quarters and still feel like this is too much for my body.

    the RDA dose of b12 what we have been told really is a recommended dose and not actually what our body needs?

    Hmm i don't get any of the symptoms you have stated,
    but i get other symptoms from my methycobalimin, i get quite drowsy and very tired aswell as some head pressure
