If I keep a good balance of carbs and fruit (plus a goodie or two), it seems to get me through the day. You can fit a decent amount of pasta, rice or other such niceness in the pot with the lid, and...

It's arrived!! I got very excited when the postman knocked on the door this lunchtime.
But now I only have two days to decide what to put in it on Monday!!!

I have been inspired by the pretty pictures (and also have a bit of a Tupperware-type box fetish) so have ordered myself a laptop lunch box. Now I just have to decide what to put in it!!
