    DO NOT DO THIS. Apparently regular/active yeast continues to grow in your stomach -- not good stuff.

    You should be able to get nutritional yeast in a health food store.

    Just to clear up some confusion, EnerG and Orgran egg replacers are basically the same thing. EnerG is sold in the US (and probably Canada) and is mostly corn starch. Orgran is available in the UK...
