I've recently switched from soya to oat milk in tea to see if that helps with my PMS, as suggested in another thread. I like the taste of both. I like to drink rice milk on its own but its not so...

I used to love it but then I started buying Alpro when it was on special offer. I've got so used to it I've gone right off the So Good. Asdas own brand fresh soya milk is really nice also.

I love these too but they're too expensive to drink all the time. I solved the problem by mixing a powdered milk shake mix with plain Alpro soya milk. Tastes the same but loads cheaper.
