you can get passage on cargo vessels but it is very pricey and food is not something you have much choice over so it's not a good option for vegans.

I do it using a milk whisk (hand not electric) while heating the soy milk through, easier to control the type of foam and it lasts longer, it also lasts longer if you add a little sugar...

at uni canteens and things like that it's very much a case of getting what you're given. I love spuds so I don't mind so much
still don't understand what you have against this yummy staple of my diet (carbs, protien, veg portions all good)
Jacket spuds are yummy and are often the only vegan food item available.
