    I heard that cochineal is still non-vegetarian/vegan but can be produced synthetically also. It's just that there is no way of knowing which it is when you buy a product. It's labelled as e120 too....

    In South Wales every Chinese resturant that I have been too (and it's quite a few) that offer vegetable MINI spring rolls have meat in them. It's just the mini ones not the regular sized spring...

    I lost quite a bit of weight unintentionally when I first started outa s a vegan but now it seems i've put it back on, I didn't realise I was eating more but that must be why. I too have a tummy. :)

    It's a 50 min train ride to Cardiff, the trains are so frequent back and for its unreal, I asked a friend who went recently to Penarth and she said it took her around 20 mins from Cardiff to Penarth.
