I heard it is best to eat the light foods first and the heavier foods last: (fruit, veggies first; rice and potatoes last)
reasoning being that the light foods will digest faster if eaten first. if...

the same thing happens to me with my family! when we have family dinners (aunts and uncles, cousins come over...) if i tell anyone something is vegan they are automatically turned off and do not want...

i just tried Tofutti Cuties in Mint Chocolate Chip... holy cow... it's amazing!!! tastes great... even my omni friend liked it :0)

i find it ridiculous that starbucks charges 45 cents extra to use soy milk instead of skim milk in their drinks... in Ontario, Canada, anyway. *rolls eyes*

Ice cream is probably the number one thing I miss since becoming vegan. So far I have not encountered an even comparable tasting vegan alternative...

I currently use Udo's Oil but I think I'll try hemp oil... the cost is putting me in debt lol.

any product from Sweets From the Earth... their chocolate fudge cake tastes better than a regular cake baked with milk and eggs.
