    I use a potatoe masher while they are cooking. Lacking that just use a knife and keep cutting them up as they cook or take an empty washed out can and chop it up and down on them while their cooking.

    I will eat beet sugar...not cane. Beet sugar hasn't been processed using bone char. I can't say I eat a lot of it though. It's just a now and then thing...special occasions and the like.

    I don't usually drink tea or coffee much anymore. When I do I like to have them black. Sometimes for a desert I like soy cream and kaluha in my coffee. If I am out with friends I get a soy latte.
