Im wondering if anyone could please share their thoughts / experiences / ideas / information on dressings in a raw food diet: eg soy sauce , salt , vinegar, oils, miso, chilli sauce, nut butters etc...
breakfast ; apple carrot &beet juice , bananna W cinnamon, raw protien slice and a few almonds
lunch; 3 dates and a salad w cucumber, tomato, onion & avocado
afternoon tea ; cup of paw paw...
