    Everything except the letters was by hand. The letter cutters are small and I have to hand cut the interior spaces though, so that's a bit of a pain.

    Laptop Lunch boxes are much bigger than a standard bento, yet I hear Americans here complaining all the time how small they are, even for the kids. Goes to show what portion-control issues we have...

    4 parts grain (usually rice in Japan), 3 parts veggie, 2 parts protein, 1 part fruit/treat.
