there is a company in the UK that makes these, they're quite hard to find here though so i'm not sure if they're available outside this country. they're available from Veganstore and some wholefood...
i don't think the G&B ones that come with mini eggs are vegan - i seem to recall the mini eggs are milk chocolate pralines. :(
