The very fact that eating ANY amount of meat is bad for you should be enough to put people off it, even if it is only over x ounces....
I still think even eating 'small' amounts of meat can have an accumulated effect and cause harm...............there is scientific evidence that meat stays in the intestines for long periods of time...
