That's what I was eating, but spitting the seeds out. Became a very long process for what probably amounted to half a mouth of fruit! :D
My fiance said it wasn't a very good pomegranite, so maybe...
Today
- A litre (yes, a litre!) of smoothie - 3 oranges, loads of raspberries and water
- 2 tortilla wraps with hummous, baby spinach, tomato and courgette
- 'Chicken' schnitzel, with lettuce...
B: 1 banana, 1 mango, 1 apple...spread out over a couple of hours
L: made a weird mix up thing in the food processor, that was actually quite nice! Put in baby spinach, bit of red pepper, 1 tomato,...

I ate loads when I first went vegan, and it settled out. Like you say, the foods are so much yummier and your body probably recognises that they are less toxic and wants to stock up! It doesn't sound...

Ah ok. Never heard of that, it's something I'll watch out for! We don't get Marmite anymore either because of the Unilever thing. Tesco do their own brand which is just as good, but, well, it's Tesco!

i can't add soy milk to coffee without it curdling. i buy dairy-free coffee whitener instead but it is too expensive to nurture a coffee addiction this way!
i like that sauce, but i always add lots of rocket to it last minute, and top with pine nuts. it's a bit bland otherwise.
i can't believe i'm reading so many people saying "coffee with soy milk" -...
