Hi all, thought I'd start off a thread that collects the "so close" popular food items into one place.

Kelkin Jaffa Cakes - I'd buy truckloads of these but EGG!!
    Mrs Crimbles Chocolate Muffins -...

Re: Am i not 100% committed?

Carry on "cheating" for as long as it takes. Nobody has a gun to your head and your diet is already a lot better than before. Relax.

Re: Anyone been to El Piano in York?

Quinii's in York has LOADS of vegan options too and it's new. I've not been but will do by the weekend (heard good things already). http://www.quiniis.co.uk/

My brother bought me the Oh She Glows vegan cookbook for Christmas and it's excellent. He especially enjoyed giving it, me being a man.

    Re: Holland and Barrett

Oh, I posted in another thread that H&B now stock Booja Booja ice cream as well as the superb Clive's Pies.

Usually an offer on if you time it right.
  8. Holland & Barrett selling Booja Booja ice cream.

Couldn't believe it whan I saw it in there, a few flavours too (usually only found in good deli's).

I bought two (there's usually an offer on so time it right).

    They're now doing Clive's Pies...

I've just inhaled a bag of "Amaizin" corn chips the ones with a hint of lemon. They're so addictive. "Beyond Dark" chocolate drops from H&B too.

Re: Anyone been to El Piano in York?

Update for Cafe 68 Gillygate (York), their veggie breakfast uses home made vegan sausage and they'll add hummous etc instead of eggs (which is lovely when spread onto the toast). Just saying.

"Avoid Harvester" is the message here surely? You went to the buffet and, with salad available to all, had a plate of salad. This is nothing that champions Harvester. If anything, it reminds me of...
