^^^ thats very true. I never thought of it like that, better to incorporate raw foods first. How about you? Are you 100 per cent raw?

I've found the same about no need to use sun block- I don't sit in the sun all day long (in fact last summer I tried to get everywhere by underground train....probably worse...

I'd have to say I've experienced the usual; better skin, feel lighter, eyes look whiter than before, hair is in great condition, and for some reason when I became vegan it was the first time I ever...
it's all about the comfort food!
I find it's the only thing that really hits the spot though when you just want a bit of sweet stodge!

2-3 cloves of garlic
