Excellent idea. If the price in the UK comes down that's what I will do. Currently Chia costs about £4 for 100 grams in the UK, but you can get 4 times as much flax for the same price.

I use flax at the moment because they are cheaper, but I think that Chia seeds are more beneficial. According to this site, flax seeds contain less calories but more fat (I think this is saturated...
