I take it you didn't try it yourself though? I would imagine how hard the crust is might depend how you cook it. I'm generally pretty impressed with what Redwoods do so I'll be giving it a try.

I saw them too and was disappointed that in such a big range so few are vegan looking. Frankly it's pretty boring to have everything dairy or houmous based - at least Fresh! sandwiches' vegan...
