Well, as I suspected, I pigged out yesterday (Thanksgiving)
The main meal consisted of:
Tofurky Roast
Mashed Sweet Potatoes & Gravy
Peas
Roasted Cauliflower
Corn Chipotle Bisque
Bread Rolls
I’m done eating for the day—and it’s not very much…. because tomorrow’s (Thanksgiving) meal will be HUGE!
Today….
Lots of black coffee (and I'll have more later in the day. I have to stop...

A few cubes of pineapple
Lots of black coffee
Salad (Romaine, Endive, Shredded Carrots, Green Onion & Radicchio) w/ homemade tofu-lemon dressing
1 'LemonZest' Luna Bar
1 glass Prune Juice

Some sea salt popcorn

Maybe it just seems like tons to me because I basically ate it all in one sitting....
I slept in and was running late for work so I had to skip breakfast; later, I was bombarded...
I ate a little too much today, but I can exercise it off later tonight.
