    dinner: tofu and vegetable stirfry in a spicy sweet and sour sauce with rice...

    snack: 2 digestive biscuits

    It's the same as Tartex yeast pate but made by Granose and it's organic (highly yummy)!!

    I haven't tried the white chocolate yet....the milk chocolate one is more than sweet enough...but I will...

    Breakfast: Porridge with apples, sultanas and cinnamon, cup of tea

    Lunch: Granose Pate on Toast, salt and vinegar crisps, water

    Tea: Chips and Mushy Peas, 3 squares of Organica 'milk'...
