It is great! It works slower than a supplement from the Dr, but does not hurt my stomach in anyway. Take it in juice though, like Roxy says, it kind of tastes like blood!!:p

We have them here in New Zealand too. Yummo. We use Whole Earth organic baked beans which I *think* are made in the UK.
