OMG i am sooo naughty today.
B/L: vegan fry-up: toast, baked beans, onions, tomatoes, hash brown, potato waffle
D: the HUGEST chinese meal: boiled rice, chips, mixed veg in black bean...
B: cup of decaf, organic tea with soy milk & a clementine/satsuma (who knows?)
S: more tea and satsumas
L: bowl of home-made stew with jacket potato
D: bowl of home-made stew x 2
