I think it's better because I put more time into it and have much more variety. But I think tasty vegan food is harder to find in shops and it takes a while to make at home, but it's well worth it.

It is the smoking processes that makes it bad for you,sadly smoked tofu is bad for you, I think it's okey in modiration though.
