Why should we give a reason to be vegan in the first place? It makes me so angry everytime someone asks me why I do not consume any animal products.... theres no need to!

I was wondering what precautions should I take when sprouting rice or eny other legumes?? Are they ok to eat them when sprouted? Or is coocking a must?

mmm.. never really liked meat, I did like tuna and anchovies.
Whan it comes to eggs and dairy, I used to consume them because of my sugar addiction:confectionary, croissants, dougnuts, muffins.

Yes, that's what I ate yesterday. a vegan sandwhich from tescos.
It had chargrilled vegetables and homous, not very nice in my opinion.
It cost £1.80....

One of the things about these "treats" is beyond my comprehension:
