I plan nothing. :D
Shouldn't this be titled "Male aging and plant based food"?
Yes, it's always had dairy in it. There are some good online recipes for a similar drink that use canned pumpkin.
Silk creamer is good as is Trader Joe's creamer.
"Women's troubles" yuck? Really? I am offended, myself.
Ah ok, good to know! I know I have seen an ant carrying away a dead ant of another kind.
I like this one!
I am not sure that it was taking the wounded back to the nest for nursing...more like dinner.
As I found out after being in a body cast and lying down for 6 weeks, your spine can 'plump up' temporarily, the discs decompress a bit.
I don't know that I would use Porky Pig, might by copyrighted.
Maybe try some nettle infusion?
LOL I don't know! It's good though.
Guinness in US is not vegan, unless you get the extra stout.
I would wager it is high in salt and possibly fat.
The Trader Joe's soy creamer is very good as well, and cheaper than the Silk, if you have a TJs near you.
I was regular like clockwork most of my menstrual days, but twice I skipped. Now I'm in the perimenopausal phase so all bets are off!
I have skipped months in the past, before I was vegan.
I have a spammy feeling about this post.

Bagel with Earth Balance or Tofutti cream cheese, smart bacon, oatmeal, green smoothie.

I am still reading it as that.
Breakfast: Green tea and banana
Lunch: Kale salad with mango and mushrooms
Snack: Various items from our vegan cuts box
Hm, interesting...
Oh, forgot I have a Fagor 3 in 1 electric pressure cooker. Great for beans, making seitan, fast mashed taters.
Thanks!
Thanks! Just wondered if you were doing anything special. I looked up some recipes online and have the general idea now, looks easy peasy!
Anyone have a recipe?
Yes!
I have a Vitamix, food processor, stick blender, coffee and spice grinder (one for each), electric kettle (good buy!), toaster oven.
I think he meant bocci balls.
I like to grind up a big batch and stick it in the freezer. That way it doesn't lose any nutritional value and it's all ready when I need it.
Yknow, I am not such a fan of smoked things but I may have to try smoked tofu.
These folks are always smoking their own tofu: http://veganmenu.blogspot.com/2012/04/smokin.html
Burr grinders are fancy expensive, I just have the blade type. You can find them second hand, if you have thrift shops.
Mortar and pestle? I use a coffee grinder dedicated to seeds myself.
Ended up with three loaves of yummy raisin bread. One was gone pretty much the first day. Kids love raisin bread. :D
