    Or you can switch suddenly from Rice Dream (with B12) to almond milk (w/ no B12, I just assumed it had it) and watch your B12 go to 90 something. Big d'oh on my part.

    Oh yeah, avocado rocks. We go with avocado, roasted red peppers and either grainy mustard or black olive tapenade as a spread. Why didn't I pack that for lunch???

    I have acid reflux/heartburn and the A#1 thing that helped me almost eliminate the symptoms was to get off soy. Not all soy--just the un-fermented stuff. The TVP, tofu, etc. Tempeh and miso are OK...
