Because its a beach cafe,- Seasonal business ,with no passing trade.If they were in a better location, i.e Central Brighton, they would be doing well ;)

Loving Hut do vegan brekkie for 3.50 pounds ,- its really good value for money,- I reccommend it and also the main dishes for Oriental food which start at 3.95
