hmmm oh sorry about no youtube , theres a few on daily motion but not everything i haven't updated it in a bit

id estimate i eat around 80% raw , just how i like it , its more the additional bits i have , mostly ear raw veg and fruit but soy yoghurt/milk/tofu / rice cakes / tahini/nut butter stuff too.

just there IS a basement and uhh it has a gym in it for staff

yah i do every morning , so much easier and cheaper and its just easier than taking yourself off the gym
io used to pay for one a few years ago but then i just invested in some equipment , few free...

re: flamma asking about a dog yes i have my own dog , Bilbo he is a Welsh Sheep dog .
about 18 months old now . very very sweet and loving , loud when he wants attention which is uhh always!
